Shipping policy
Standard Shipping
Starting from PO26, we have discontinued flat rate shipping. The shipping costs will now vary based on the total order amount as outlined below.

Rush Shipping
For faster delivery, you can opt for Rush Shipping at checkout. This service ensures your order is air-shipped directly from the factory to your address, arriving at least three weeks earlier than the estimated time of arrival (ETA).

Address Changes
- To change your shipping address before your order is shipped, you must email us at service@magicgroup.net. This request must be made before you receive a shipping notification.
- Updating your address in your online account does not automatically update the address for pending orders. You must contact us directly to change the address for any pending orders.
- If an order is returned or lost due to an outdated or incorrect address, you will be responsible for all costs associated with reshipping the order to the correct address.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- MagicGroup is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
- Once a package has left our warehouse, any issues must be resolved through USPS or Route.
- Initiating a claim via PayPal without first contacting us for resolution may result in being blocked from our group and cancellation of all pending orders.
Estimated Time of Arrival (ETAs)
- Estimated times of arrival (ETAs) for preorders are provided as estimates of when our manufacturer is expected to ship the order to our warehouse. - Our inventory typically arrives in 4-5 shipments due to the volume of preorders.
- We request 7 business days to process shipments once the complete order has arrived at our warehouse.
- Updates on shipping status, including when the order has been shipped to us, received by us, and shipped to customers, will be communicated.
- We do not guarantee specific arrival dates. For time-sensitive needs, consider having a backup plan.
Delays and Uncontrollable Circumstances
- Manufacturing or shipping delays beyond our control, such as postal delays, inclement weather, acts of God, pandemics, or natural disasters, will not be grounds for holding our business liable.

General Information
- All preorder ship dates are estimated to be at least 3 months plus shipping time from the order date. Consider this when selecting sizes for timely needs.
