Order Modification Policy
Once an order is submitted and payment is made, modifications or adjustments to the order are NOT permitted under any circumstances. Please verify all details including discount codes, sizes, quantities, and monograms before submitting your payment. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us with any questions or concerns before payment.
Returns and Refunds
Inspection and Reporting of Defects
Customers are requested to thoroughly inspect their items upon receipt. Any manufacturing defects must be reported to MagicGroup within 7 business days of delivery. Please report defects by emailing service@magicgroup.net with the following:
- Order number
- Detailed description of the defect
- Photograph of the defective item
- Photograph of your signed packing slip
Omission of any of these details may delay or prevent us from addressing the issue.
Defective Items
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed by our team:
- The customer must provide a tracking number for the return shipment within 7 business days.
- A prepaid return label will be provided only for items with confirmed manufacturing defects. Return shipping for any other issues will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Failure to provide tracking within 7 business days will result in the item being ineligible for exchange, refund, or credit.
Replacement and Remedies
For defective items, we will attempt to replace the item if available. If a replacement is not available, we will offer a remake, refund, or credit. Items approved for remake must be returned:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- With original tags attached
- In the original clear packaging
All items, regardless of the issue, must meet these conditions to qualify for a return or exchange.
Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items
- All sales are final and nonrefundable unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
- Personalized items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
- Items that have been worn or washed are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Processing of Returns
Store credits or refunds will only be issued after the returned item is received and inspected by our team at MagicGroup. Items that do not meet the unworn, unwashed, original tags attached, and in original packaging condition will not be eligible for a store credit or refund.
